Overview
At the park, Angelica wants to play with a couple of 4-year-old girls. However, those girls dislike anyone who's 3 years old, like Angelica. So, she convinces the girls that she's 4 years old by trading Phil in exchange for their jelly-based toy. In return, Angelica promised that she'll be nice to the Rugrats.
