I mean why wouldn’t he? He was terrorizing the entire neighborhood - no woman was safe. The rapist would drag women into the bushes, assault them, threaten them, and then whisper in their ears. “I’m so sorry, I didn’t mean to, you didn’t deserve this, are you okay?” In a high-pitched baby voice. His mama bear did always say his baby voice was just so adorable.
