Overview

Having asked her lawyer to prepare a non-disclosure agreement, SAU-FONG urges SHUN-YUEN to sign off the new agreement, and then gives him $2 million. KAN KIT listens to the recording of SHUN-YUEN's words over and over again, which is overheard by SHING-HONG.
