Train World is in Danger

Overview

While fighting Duke's duplicates, Kay and his friends realize something odd. Even though the engines of the Duke's duplicates have ceased to operate, they are still moving. It turns out Duke's duplicates are using the energy from the Fountain Plaza to activate themselves, and because of that, other trains cannot recharge properly.
