RI:SE have a brand new challenge. ""Iron guts"" is pretty much a self-explanatory title. All you have to do is eat as much foul tasting food as you can handle. Contestants will most likely throw up, so you have to avoid this as long as you can. Although after seeing the VD clip many people may be seeing their breakfast again, by just watching.
