In August, 1993 22 year old Calvin Broadus Jr. – then known as Snoop Doggy Dog – was fast becoming one of the biggest names in the world of gangsta rap. But that year, he also faced murder charges in the killing of 20 year old Ethiopian Philip Woldermariam at a Los Angeles park.
