Overview
When Ashley and Michael get an inside tip on an 1866 Victorian home that may have been designed by famed Galveston architect, Nicholas Clayton, they jump at the chance to restore it; at 3,500 square feet, this is the biggest house they have ever purchased, and it will be a huge undertaking to honor the historical integrity of the house, while still staying within their tight budget.
