Overview

Invercargill property managers inspect a brick and tile house that's gone to the dogs, and when an ex-tenant arrives out of the blue she learns she'll be chased for $20,000 in damages. In Mosgiel, Andrea faces a bizarre situation when some badly behaved tenants who vanished owing rent suddenly reappear out of the blue. Meanwhile in Christchurch, Pru deals with a flat in a disgraceful state.
