Overview
The season kicks off with a bang when Matt, the tough-as-nails boss, comes down hard on his new general manager. A jittery staff member walks a tightrope on opening day and a veteran bartender finds herself on the chopping block. Wyclef Jean sells-out the party... and when Sharon asks one drunk and belligerent female guest to leave - the claws come out!
