A New Beginning

Overview

Sam's departure is the lead story in The Herbertville Chronicle. Before she leaves, Sam receives a surprise: Rita has decided to write a children's book about a girl who must leave her friends. It is indeed a beginning, rather than an end. Later in the day, Rita suggests that a story idea Chris thought was his own, is based on The Shooting of Dan McGrew.
