In a heartfelt new episode of Rainbow Woman, Geri Horner (Halliwell) reveals how motherhood helped heal her difficult relationship with food. This week’s episode takes place closer to home. We join Geri in her kitchen, teaming up with her 14-year old daughter Bluebell to bake a Swiss Roll. She opens up about how participating in Sport Relief Great British Bake Off in 2016 helped her discover the joy of baking after years of battling with eating disorders in her youth. To accompany Episode 5, Geri will also upload the lyric video featuring her song 'Hallelujah'.
