Some Like It Hop

Overview

As the little river through the city runs dry, the miller is out of business and it becomes pointless to go fishing. All that is left are the frogs. Professor Balthazar succeeds in scaring away all the frogs, except one singing frog who becomes something of a mascot for the city.
