The Choti Cutter is out on the run and his victim is Netaji's wife Lalita. Netaji and his Wife has come to the police station to meet Commissioner Gogol, he is threatening Gogol that if the Choti Cutter is not caught then Gogol has to go bald. Manav and Aditya take up this case.
