Overview
Carole and Syd unravel the identity of a strangler who leaves red handkerchiefs around the victims' necks. In a posh district of San Francisco, a murderer is on the loose, strangling women with a red scarf. A surviving strangler victim puts Carole and Sydney on the right track.
