Overview
Paul, known as "Turtle" because he tickets at a slow and steady pace, calls in Supervisor Luz when he can’t placate an unhappy citizen. Steve and Sherry have their hands full when a man claims his car got the boot for someone else’s tickets. And its date night at the Lot when charming Rudy faces interrupted romance, and a woman trying to flirt her way out of a fine.
