For centuries Halloween night has been thought to be the night when spirits are the most active. What happens when the Paranormal Quest Team goes in search of paranormal evidence at the J.C. Thompson Building in East Liverpool, Ohio on Halloween Night? Steve was unable to participate in this investigation and is replaced by guest investigator Andrew Stull, who seems to be a spirit magnet.
