Overview

James Martin is on a personal mission to transform the standard of the food at Scarborough General Hospital in North Yorkshire. He hopes to come up with a workable plan to provide healthy, appetising meals for the patients. The big day has arrived. It's goodbye to the nine-year-old menu and James's new dishes are about to be presented to the patients and staff.
