Overview

The taste of cuisines morphs through time, and often differs from the original versions. Although traditional cuisines are created through the passage of time, the passage of time also alters the original taste of these cuisines. In Old Taste Detective, the host, together with a renowned chef, will revisit popular local traditional cuisines and attempt to recreate the original taste long forgotten by diners.
