Unions have reacted angrily to a major report by Lord Hutton proposing a radical overhaul of public sector pensions which would see millions working for longer. David Grossman will be examining the fine print for us tonight. The former business secretary Lord Mandelson will be presenting an authored piece on economic globalisation and will join us live in the studio. Then, as Nato defence ministers meet in Brussels to discuss the possibility of a no-fly zone in Libya, our diplomatic editor Mark Urban will consider if military action of this nature could be considered war in all but name.
