Overview

Arashi's in Switzerland, the land of banks, but plum out of cash. Heading to a bank to withdraw some money, Arashi is caught up in an attempted robbery, and meets Meister, a master Swiss watchmaker. Meister helps Arashi with a complete tune-up: Of both his watch, and his body.
