Overview
A character is being tortured and insists they have done nothing wrong. Another character, Prabhakar, is told to take them away. There are discussions about impending bomb blasts in Mumbai, but the police initially dismiss the claims as nonsense, accusing the informant of trying to make them "wear a cap" (fool them).
