Overview
Six hundred years after the construction of the Holy Temple in Jerusalem, this was the scene of an unlikely battle for freedom as the Jews fought against legions of Roman soldiers. Archaeological research seeks to reveal why the Jews alone dared challenge the greatest imperial power the world had ever known.
