The flock takes wing when Lucy and her granddaughter Lucy show up. See the ladies connect with a covey of quail at Delton Smith’s place in Monroe. Lucy’s “Menu for Today” is Sauced Quail with Wild Rice, Carrot Soufflé, Romaine with Tomato French Dressing and Cherry Pie.
