Overview
The crawfish are snapping when Lucy visits Aqua Farms in Basile, LA where crawfish are sorted, boiled, peeled and packaged. Lucy’s “Menu for Today” is Crawfish Corn Soup, Crawfish Casserole, Layered Salad and Pineapple Chiffon Pie.
