The Solar Eclipse

Overview

The Moomins and their friends prepare for the solar eclipse: Moominpappa distributes pieces of glass blackened with candle soot, through which you can look directly at the sun. The witch wants to hold a ceremony on the top of the mountain during the solar eclipse to strengthen her magical powers. But then wind and clouds roll in, and the witch is blown off her broomstick by a violent gust. She lies unconscious in a bush. Moominmamma wants to nurse her back to health. Of course, nothing worse could happen to the witch.
