Overview

Mister Rogers makes a small seat, draws a rainbow and a house while singing "You've Got To Do It," and watches a short film about how crayons are made. In the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, King Friday announces a "Draw the Neighborhood Contest," appointing himself judge. Harriett Elizabeth Cow worries about judging fairly, while Lady Elaine Fairchilde reveals her desire to win. Back home, Mister Rogers draws an abstract version of the Neighborhood while singing "You Are Special."
