Overview

Mister Rogers tries on snorkeling gear, recalls a trip with Sylvia Earle, and discusses ocean conservation. He looks at pictures of three angelfish and compares them. In the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, Lady Aberlin uses a fan to mask garbage smells, Old Goat and New Goat nap, and Lady Elaine suggests solving the garbage crisis by contacting The Universe Today. Neighbor Aber wears a snorkeling suit after seeing the oceans are too beautiful to pollute, and Miss Paulificate previews the show for the goats. Back home, Mister Rogers feeds the fish and sings "Everybody's Fancy."
