Overview
Mister Rogers demonstrates a floor mat with dance steps and visits Arthur Mitchell at the Dance Theatre of Harlem, where students show various dance styles. In the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, Miss Paulificate talks with Henrietta about dancing, and Neighbor Aber delivers a sign saying "Sometimes." Lady Elaine renames her studio the Sometimes Happy Dance Studio, and Neighbor Aber delivers invitations while dancing. Back home, Mr. McFeely tries the dance mat and shows a film of him and Mrs. McFeely dancing.
