Overview

Steve puts on a rubber mask to observe Jess at her first broker’s open house, but when he's forced to deliver some bad news about the listing, his true character emerges. Fredrik follows a lead for his Tribeca listing, and he's willing to go wherever to find a sale.... including Miami. Meanwhile, Ryan lands a beautifully renovated loft in Chelsea, but with heavy construction starting just outside the master bedroom, he'll have to move the Earth to seal this deal. Luis & Ronita could finalize their first sale as partners, but they may need co-operation from their co-broker to get their first co-mmission.
