Overview

Dex battles the Destructosphere, but he finds his Masked Rider powers aren't going to be enough against Count Dregon's forces. Taking King Lexian's advice, Dex uses his powers to create the Combat Chopper and Magno to aid him in the fight. Meanwhile, a group of Nefaria's Maggots attack Leawood High.
