Overview
We visit Ananda Farm and Restaurant, a unique farm-to-table business owned by Binda Singh, who immigrated to Maryland from India at age 14, dreaming of following in his family’s footsteps as a farmer. Then we revisit one of our favorite stories. MPT follows Maryland Farm Bureau President (2009-2013), Pat Langenfelder to meetings in Annapolis and back to her hog farm in Kent County where her two daughters and a son tend to all matters swine, while her husband manages crop production.
