Overview

When a strict school owner bans students from the playground, a group of desperate mothers appoints a reluctant Mr. Takayama as their representative. Meanwhile, a corrupt arcade owner exploits the situation to lure the children into a shady gambling den. Pai Pai must step in before the neighborhood's youth lose more than just their free time.
