Overview
YEE discovers her husband is having an affair when she is nine months pregnant. Her marriage breaks up in despair. Five years passed, YEE is working as an assistant in L.C. solicitor firm now. She shares an apartment with a journalist named TOBY. YEE is representing an artist named DICK in a legal prosecution against Milky Two cosmetic company. Though she finds new evidence for DICK, but lawyer, CHAN SAU LING decides to use the evidence to claim for higher compensation from the cosmetic company instead. YEE is dissatisfactory with the tactic of LING. YEE takes up another case with lawyer, YEUNG MING. They represent TING KUE to claim for the alimony from her ex-husband, SIK LI TIN. However, TIN transfers his wealth into charity fund in order to escape from paying the alimony to KUE. Although the possibility of winning the case is small, YEE still has faith in justice. YEE attempts to be a qualified solicitor and studies hard……
