Overview

Outdoor enthusiasts John and Heather are looking for a vacation retreat for their family on Lake Oconee in Georgia, and they find a fixer-upper in an ideal setting. Fortunately, John is a contractor, but as they get into the project, they discover it will cost far more than they originally thought. As they overhaul the old floor plan, they try to stay on budget to create their dream lake home.
