Overview
Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer visit the Payne-Durkins, on the rural outskirts of Leeds. Karl and Paul bought their three bed home back in 2009. Karl loves the unique design and idyllic location. Paul thinks they're too isolated and would rather move than spend to improve. Despite having the biggest build budget of the series, Kirstie has it all to do with this property - as there are some big issues that money just can't change. Meanwhile Phil scours Yorkshire and hits the jackpot with some stunning properties, but will this tip the balance when the time to decide arrives?
