Overview
In Iowa, hog farmer Todd Mullis claimed his wife, Amy, fell on a four-pronged corn rake; she was found by her teenage son and they raced to the hospital where she was pronounced dead. But when investigators found more than four holes in Amy Mullis' body; they knew her death was no accident.
