悟空虽被救醒，但几番争斗，仍然失利，无奈去请观音。悟空协助观音用莲花座诱惑红孩儿上当被擒，又一再规劝红孩儿不要玩劣，好生为人。红孩儿表示从善，观音收为童子，同去普陀。
