Overview
Arnav swaps Payal’s diabetes medicine with Manorama’s headache tablet. Manorama accuses Payal of attempting to murder her. Payal is then asked to leave the house. Meanwhile, Khushi keeps irritating Arnav to force him to send her home. How will he react?
