Overview
On Boxing Day 1994, young doctor Joan Francisco was found strangled at her London flat. The victim's family were convinced they knew the killer, an obsessed ex-boyfriend, but police claimed there was insufficient evidence to arrest him. This Inside Story special chronicles the family's five-year quest for justice.
