Overview
Carlos Lago tests out the hotly anticipated 2013 Cadillac ATS. Ever since its "Art and Science" rebirth, Cadillac has made it clear its gunning for BMW. With the 2013 ATS, they've finally locked in on their primary target - the benchmark BMW 3 Series.
