Overview

Nate and Kate are musical, creative types who need plenty of room for their hobbies. Tired of sharing their rented space, they have saved a down payment for a $150,000 home in Charlottetown, one of the prettiest towns on the East Coast. They are looking for the house of their dreams, and their chances are good because they're humble home hunters.
