Overview
Staff at Hotel Benidorm Plaza are trying to keep their cool as the reception air conditioning has a temporary malfunction, while guest experience manager Rosanna sweeps Holly and Dan off to one of Benidorm's best-kept secrets. Owner Fede and his wife are turning 40 and have challenged hotel manager Angel to throw them a party at the hotel for the great and the good of Benidorm.
