Overview
Baker Fiona Cairns demonstrates four treats featuring summer berries. On the menu are blueberry yoghurt fairy cakes with a cream cheese topping, a berry rose-scented meringue, a flourless chocolate cake with raspberry coulis, and a strawberry and elderflower cake.
