Cyprus - Paphos

Overview

This week at Happy Traveler, Eftychis and Electra travel to the island of Aphrodite, the beloved Cyprus. They explore the province of Paphos and admire impressive landscapes, historical sites with enormous archaeological value, picturesque villages, paradise sites, the picturesque port of Paphos and its beautiful center. They are enchanted by the Coral Bay, go to the baths of Aphrodite and Adonis and "feel like gods for a while", and visit the most interesting villages of the area, such as Pomos, Episkopi, Pegeia and Gyalia. Finally, they walk at the Kremmiotis waterfall in Crete Terra and are impressed by the tombs of the Kings but also by Petra tou Romiou, on the beach, where the goddess Aphrodite emerged through the waves.
