Overview
YAN realises that being a social worker can do nothing to help the others. In despair, he decides to resign. However he regards his faith as WAI reports to the police, being convinced by TUNG - his colleague. LOK and TING are instructed to learn from YAN as they are new comers. They take active approach to know three problem girls - SEE, CAT and PEGGY. CAT is a sexy girl and she has many boyfriends. This enables her to enjoy the materialistic life; PEGGY is a predatory to telling lies. She admires LOK; SEE loves her old grandmother but she hates her mother as her mother is selfish and irresponsible. SEE comes across DEE and they are gravitated towards each other rapidly. SEE leads DEE home to meet her grandmother. Her mother is angry and taunts SEE.
