Overview
Guy Fieri can't forget the roasted pork shoulder from his trip to Puerto Rico, so he recreates the experience with his Pernil in Adobo. He serves it with Pigeon Peas and Rice and Plantain Chips with Sweet Chili Dipping Sauce.
