Overview

SHAN asks FUNG to stay because she is afraid that she is not yet qualified to be the Director of the company. FUNG says preparations have been made for the transition and advises her not to be so worried. FUNG remembers MAN had a medical check just a week before his death. He suspects that it has something to do with MAN’s decision to change his will. NIN and his family move into MAN’s house. NIN’s wife CHING YUEN MEI is not happy with the furnishings of the house. WAN reminds MEI that the design and the internal arrangement of the house cannot be altered, as instructed by MAN before he died. MEI, however, ignores WAN’s warning. SHAN is strongly opposed to TAK’s policy on human resources. She explains her views as to how to reduce production costs but has offended MAN’s cousin CHEUNG HOI LUN.
