Overview
Receptionist Bernie deals with an angry patient whose appointment seems to have disappeared from the system and is desperate to see a health professional. Meanwhile, regular patient Shirley is in to see Dr Aireen Razak to talk about a recent mental health relapse, and David comes in to see Dr Nashat Qamar to discuss his recent hospital stay and the frightening chest pains he had been experiencing
