Overview
Armed with mountains of paperwork, chairman Barry sets about his task of shaking up the Blyth All-Weather Lifeboat with gusto, but he faces increasing resistance from the volunteers who think he's undermining everything they've built up together. The chairman and crew very rarely see eye-to-eye.
