Overview
It's long and hard and the boys have been dying for it...their first day has arrived! The new urology residents navigate the ups and downs of a typical day at the hospital. Jim scores a ring side seat for his favorite surgery, while Mark M tries to forget the drama of last nights mixer, plus fellow interns Amy and Eddie have some first day plans of their own.
